Informations to authors

Please find below the key dates for the preparation of the Conference :

Paper format & Publication 

Papers must be submitted and presented in English. The written version of the communications will be in English and must be deposit on your online account.

3AF will publish all the full papers in the Conference Proceedings on the dedicated online website, accessible only for SP2024 delegates.

To ensure optimal quality presentation of all papers, please refer the requirements sent with your notification of acceptance, also available here

A strict compliance to these requirements is strongly recommended.

Papers should be submitted in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf extension) to ensure the document’s original layout.

The authorized presentations will also be added at the end of the Conference.

Authors are however free to publish their paper in any other journal, a reference to the conference being then appreciated.

Paper Uploading Methods

You can upload your paper on your submitter account by clicking here and enter your unique user ID and password given during your submission process.

All papers should be uploaded on the system by APRIL 15

Digital Object Identifier - DOI

Once the final paper is confirmed, registered authors will have the opportunity to get a DOI reference for their publication on SP2024 Conference.

Presentations

It's not necessary to send your presentation slides prior the Conference.

Every speaker must go to the slide room organized inside the Conference Center to upload their presentation and to sign the authorization form.

There is no additional action to be done by the speakers, the presentation file will be then available in the dedicated session room.

The slide room will be open from Monday to Thursday, we advise you to access and upload your presentation file the day before your session.

Early bird special rate will be available until 08 March 2024 included

Chairpersons and Speakers are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.
