How to register to Space Propulsion Conference ?

• Create an online account  here and fill in few personnal details
• Select your registration fees category
• Be sure to indicate your days of attendance and participation in social events
• When the payment is settle you will receive a confirmation by email

All participants, including Chairpersons and Speakers, are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

Registration fees include: Conference session attendance, Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for Traditional Dinner, 1 ticket for Gala Dinner, Conference Proceedings, mobile app with networking tool.

Please be aware that the Traditionnal & Gala dinners are not included in the Student special rate.

On Tuesday 21 May, a drink will be offered by City of Glasgow in our Exhibition Area for all SP2024 Participants. A great opportunity to continue the networking!

ESA ACADEMY STUDENT SPONSORSHIP

APPLICATION IS CLOSED

The ESA Education Office is pleased to sponsor the attendance of up to 3 tertiary education students to attend Space Propulsion 2024 in the frame of the ESA Academy Conference Student Sponsorship programme. The sponsorship will cover the early bird student registration fees (directly paid by ESA Education Office) and provides a maximum reimbursement of EUR 550 towards travel and accommodation expenses, which will be reimbursed via a single bank transfer after the event and will only be paid upon submission of receipts.

To be eligible for an ESA Academy Student Sponsorship, students must fulfil the following criteria at the time of application:

• present an accepted contribution at the conference (oral presentation, poster, other).
• be minimum 18 years old at the time of the conference;
• be a citizen of an ESA Member State, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia or Slovenia;
• be enrolled as a student (Bsc, Msc, or Ph.D.) in a tertiary education academic programme (not graduating before the Conference);
• not benefit from an overlapping financial support to attend this conference, unless duly justified;
• agree with the conditions of the ESA Academy’s Privacy Policy

Priority will be given to students who have less than 2 years of professional experience and have never taken part in an activity sponsored by the ESA Education Office.

The deadline for application is April 5th, 2024 at 23:59 CEST.

The decision by the Selection Committee will be communicated by April 19^th, 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be applied in writing (sp2024@3af.fr)

• When applied more than 30 working days prior to the Conference (20 April 2024 included) registration fees will be refunded in full, no penalty will be applied.
• For cancellation applied less than 30 days prior to the Conference (from 21 April to 19 May included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the registration fees).
• For cancellation applied upon or after the start of the Conference (20 May 2024), no refund will be possible, and the delegate will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
