How to register to Space Propulsion Conference ?

Create an online account here and fill in few personnal details. For speakers who already have an account, you have to use the same as the one used for abstract submission.
Select your registration fees category
Be sure to indicate your days of attendance and participation in social events
When the payment is settle you will receive a confirmation by email

All participants, including Chairpersons and Speakers, are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

Italian compagnies registered with an italian VAT number don’t have to pay the VAT (reverse charge of VAT, Article 194 from Directive 2006/112/CE)

Student special rate applies for student under 25 years old and after validation of the supporting document sent (student card, school certificate…school year 2025-2026)

Registration fees include: Conference session attendance, Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for Traditional Dinner, 1 ticket for Gala Dinner, Conference Proceedings, mobile app with networking tool.

Please be aware that the Traditionnal & Gala dinners are not included in the Student special rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be applied in writing (spacepropulsion@3af.fr)

When applied more than 30 working days prior to the Conference (19 April 2026 included) registration fees will be refunded in full, no penalty will be applied.
For cancellation applied less than 30 days prior to the Conference (from 20 April to 17 May 2026 included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the registration fees).
For cancellation applied upon or after the start of the Conference (18 May 2026), no refund will be possible, and the delegate will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
